Oh my gosh ribs!

Bought an LBGE on Thursday and have been cooking every since.

Tonight I cooked loin ribs and they were the BEST ribs I've ever had. So good I think they should be had by others. I used apple wood and oak woods, Dizzy Dust Red Eye for a few hours prior, followed the directions from the BGE cookbook and then finished them off in Old Mule BBQ. WOW! My whole family couldn't believe it.

Thanks to everyone for the great feedback, support, etc. I'm loving egging!
