CWM Ribs

Doing my fist ribs on the Egg. I got this micro adjuster for the slo cooks, makes it real easy for these old eyes to make adjustments.

    Got about another hour to go.. to sauce or not to sauce is the question. Made up 8 ABT's to sample.. some with pulled pork and the other with left over tri tip.
