first try at hot wings

Just made my first attempt at home made hot wings. I guess everything is just better on BGE's. Best hot wings I've ever ate, restaurant, or elsewhere.6-26-11009.jpg 6-26-11007.jpg

    Yeah, I wanted to batter them and fry them. I put some oak chips in the fire for extra flavor. I do the same thing with bacon and eggs. Delish

    That's kind of what I figured but wasn't sure. So many ways to do things and we all have our favorite. Keep the pictures coming.

    one problem with oil in the egg, other than flash fire, is it's difficult to maintain the 325ish temp needed to have a good constant result. if you are going to continue with these, might read up on flash points, smoke points and such for oils, better educated to stay safe. ACGP, Inc.

    I do it quite often with breakfast. I just cook between 350 to 400 and works great. Best bacon you'll ever eat.
