Can anyone tell me how you do your pork chops? I dont normally cook chops but our neighbors are bringing some over tonight and i would hate to butcher them. Direct? Indirect? Grill extender? Temp? Normal cook time?
Thanks in advance!!!

Little Steven did these the other night and they looked pretty good to me

I do mine almost like a steak, direct, hot, and just a few minutes each side, about four for a one inch thick chop. A little pink in the center is good!

I like them direct at 375, with a little rub.

Hot tub for an hour, some of your favorite rub, and then cook like a steak. Time depends on thickness.

Thanks guys!! As always, yall came through!!!
