I paid extra for that feature... The reality is... maybe I should have paid more of the cheese. Or it could have been the lighting in the picture.What you got there? Flank steak? Skirt
It was packaged as "Shaved Beef" at my local Harris Teeter. I'm not sure exactly what cut it was from. I thought it was tasty.
