Rainy days and weekdays get me down....

so i cooked ribs,one of my nemisses.babybacks,7 hours, tween 235 and 250 the whole tater salad i ever tasted.beans were tastee too.

used these rubs.



taters were chopped and parboiled til fork tender then roasted in butta and bacon grease.

bacon,spring ernyins and candied jalepenos

ribs n conecuh sausage


one topped with bh,the other two neckid


bacon greese tater salad

wifey's plate


  • Ha - a nice dispay of egged food for a rainy day, but, where I live, this is still the weekend!!!
    Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 6 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

    It looks great Hoss. Despite 9/10ths of the free world being flooded including just 20 or so miles away i got my first real rain yesterday in almost a month! Was most welcome under the rain dome I seem to live under.
