Top Sirloin Roast

Publix had top sirloin roast on sale for 3.99/lb. So I bought some and egged it up. Served with corn and salad. 1st I rubbed with EVO, DP Raising the Steak and Dizzy Dust. After that sat and took hold I soaked it in Makers Mark until the egg was hot and ready to go.

It was all pretty tasty!

    Mmmm, now that looks like a great meal.

    Don't know that I'd use a good whisky like that, but it sure sounds good...
