Has this happened to you?

Part of what is fun on the BGE is the preparation. I had the Egg stabilized to temp, smoke on, grill heated, meat rubbed, everything ready to go and I get the phone call. :angry: "you need to pick up 'our daughter' I am stuck in a meeting." arrrrgghh! Moved the vents to a crack, put the meat back in the refrigerator, etc.

How frustrating. I guess we will just be eating later tonight....
