Iberico loin with asparagus

Hello to all,
got the chance to get a 2 pound Iberico pork loin. Cut in 3 steaks.
Here no 1:
EVOO, salt and pepper:
gave it a sear on the large (small CI rost on spider):
Placed a CI pan on the CI grid and cooked the asparagus, the steak came on top of the rig

Asparagus finished:
Steak finished:
platet:

That looks great! Can you fill me in on Iberico? And whats that along side of the asparagus? The plated pic is lookin' excellent!

I've never had Iberico pork loin, but I really enjoy tapas with Jamón ibérico and Manchego cheese. Thanks for bringing back some great memories. -
I remember this being this up a while ago, and just today I got an email from La Tienda (which i order the Jamon from), advertising the grilling Iberico. So for those asking where you could buy here you go.
