Hello all....I am the proud owner for 2 weeks now of a large BGE...I can't believe how addicting and easy this thing is to cook on!! So far, I have done an amazing butt, pizza, steaks, beer can chicken and the best Jalapeno Poppers I have ever made.

I would like to reach out to you all for a rib recipe and technique. I would be very appreciative if anyone could share with me your technique or maybe point me in the direction of one that you have tried and liked. I'm cooking for the wife and our Mom's on Sunday and would love to treat them to some good tastin' Ribs. Thanks in advance!
