well, tuna salad actually.
You ever whip up a batch of tuna salad and add a little too much mustard? I did, and I'll tell you what, it sucks.

ANY mustard in tuna salad is too much. :laugh:

nope, junk lump tuna in water. Like you, I can't seem to find the oil packed stuff very often. Luckily it was in a can, that stuff in the pouches is drier than shoe leather.

I usually add a healthy squirt or so of the deli style mustard. So about this much.
I rarely measure stuff in recipes like this, just whatever looks good. -
I almost put in a dollop of the bomb, but just couldn't fathom how that would taste together.

Oh man you are so right about the pouches! We bought some when they first came out and thought it was terrible, but got a big confirmation when the cat,(who would jump through sheetrock for some tuna)took one sniff and looked up at me as if saying "you gotta be kidding me". Yuk,Randy
