Hey there!
So I've been accepted as a vendor for the Atlanta Underground Market (www.atlantaundergroundmarket.com), a local "foodie" event... I've dubbed myself "GirlyEgg Gourmet" and will be cooking several beet dishes on the egg and then finishing at the event (haven't received confirmation that I can use the egg at the event)... So, I can use a camp stove with propane to finish it a the event using my cast iron skillet.

I've been "shopping" online for a tabletop camp stove and I'm confused about the BTU output on the burners... what BTU is the appropriate rate for cooking with my cast iron skillets?
