Cold Saturday in Mpls. so I thought I would cure the boredom by experimenting slightly with my normal wing plan.

Used the Big Time BBQ rub that my wife made from the big green egg book and cooked direct at 350 for 35 minutes and then for the twist, I finished with Pantai Sweetened Chilis Sauce that is usually used for spring rolls. Also had pecan wood chips adding a little flavor. Best results I have had so far. Had to wash em down with a cold IPA to ensure that Spring has to arrive here at some point.
