Here's The Scalloped Potatoes recipe:
Total time 2hrs
Prep. 30 min
Servings 18 servings, 1/2 cup each
INGREDIENTS
1 tub (8 oz.) Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cupmilk
10 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled & divided
4 1/2 lb. Potatoes (about 12), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
PREPARATION
Heat Egg to 400* F
Cook cream cheese spread, broth and milk in saucepan on medium heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture comes to boil, stirring constantly with wisk
Reserve 2 tbsp. bacon. Layer half each of the potatoes, onions and remaining bacon in 13x19 inch baking dish; repeat layers. Add cream cheese sauce; cover.
Bake 1 1/2 hrs or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown, uncovering and topping with shreeded cheese and reserved bacon the last 10 min.
ENJOY & HAVE A GREAT DAY.

Ok that sounds good for my new dishSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Randy the recipe says Yukon Gold potatoes but obviously we don't get it here & just used the ones available locally.
