Butterfly pork loin

add sundried tomato pesto and pine nuts

add prosciutto and goat cheese crumbles

add sautéed chopped baby bella mushrooms w/ garlic

add spinach and provolone

roll it up tight, add prosciutto, and tie it up

lightly brush w/ olive oil and dust with seasoning of choice (Dizzy Dust for me)

Egg at 350 for about 90 min until it is 140 deg
