Hello to all
this weekend my wife and the girls aren´t here, so I decided to invite a few buddies, and start a
Ribfest 2011
So, lets go.
2 Eggs preped:
The bare ribs:
the they became quite warm
eggin, eggin, eggin...
after 2 hours:
Firs guestes was here, watched the soccer match:
Enough to drink...
ok, finally, ready for take of
The mount rib:
and more
beans was aside:
no comment...
finished:
and now:
clean up, clean up :unsure:

What a great "American" meal in Germany! Looks great! I'll be grilling a great "German" meal in America later today... Brats with kraut with a fine Spaten Optimator! Wunderbar!

Well, that's about all the German I remember. :ermm: We lived in Schweinfurt in Franconia, Bavaria for three years, back in the early 70s. My Dad was in the Army.
I WILL get back to Deutschland, someday. -

I live approx 100 km in the south of Schweinfurt.
When you will be in Germnay, come and visit me, we´ll start a Rib Fest :laugh: -
