For probably the first time, I actually put together a checklist for Salado. Not counting the things I overlooked or forgot to put on the list, I think I'm about set. :ermm:

Backup...That's why God created Chubby.

It will be fun.

    As Steve Martin almost said “Chubby has a special purpose”. :laugh:
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
