My bride and I wanted to contribute something to a Chinese Auction, so here is what we did, and the results of it. Most of the food was cooked on my Large BGE: pretzels, rolls, peppers and onions, sausage, and NY strip steaks. The potatoes are my wife's creation and were done in the oven. This is a fantastic way to make an auction interesting and to increase your circle of friends.
