Fresh ground beef burgers
Mr Holloway
Posts: 2,034
Grabbed some beef on sale and decided to grind it up for some burgers. This is our first time trying the grinder with beef and with everything kept cold, it went really quick.
Some pics
The beef, piece of bottom sirloin and some inside round already cubed
Made up some burgers
A beverage for the cook
Almost ready
Cheesed up
The burger and fries with shroomie gravy
These turned out really good, very juicy. The beef had great flavour and tasted nothing like what we find in our grocery store. Can't wait to try some different cuts.
Thanks for looking
Shane
