Ross inspired chicken and simple burgers

Last weekend Ross in Ventura posted pictures of his cook along with the recipe for a wonderful spatchcoked chicken. I had all the ingredients on hand so gave it a try. On the egg at about 400, sweet potatoes with Tsunami Spin & Pineapple Head in the foil pouch.

Yesterday the temp was in the 70's and still warm in the evening. So fire grilled burgers were on the menu.
