Inspired by the wings cooks

Saw some good wings cooks lately.
Pulled up some saved recipes:

From the first, used the idea of marmalade and sriracha, from the second, used the idea of a vinegar soak and raised direct.
They came out really good.
Had close to 5 pounds on the medium - was a tight fit.
All were soaked in apple cider vinegar for about an hour. For the wife and kids, the sauce was marmalade and soy. For me, the sauce was marmalade and sriracha and crushed red pepper:
Everybody really enjoyed them, even though it was a late cook. Of course, had to have celery and blue cheese dressing to make it official.
