I have got two racks of spare ribs on the grill. In my spray bottle I've got the 50/50 mix of apple juice and and apple vinegar. In the past I have always refrigerated the spray bottle to be safe. Is that necessary or preferable? I wouldn't want apple juice to sit out for the 7 hours or so but does the vinegar preserve the juice? If it is safe, is it better to spray with room temp juice/vinegar?

As always, thanks for the help.
