not up here.. sause and headcheese are chunks not ground up and in gelatin in a tube like loney ,, one of them is vinegared the other not . i have pics will see if i can find them

SWEET! It ALL comes in a square log down here.Some HOT some mild.The BEST is the homemade headcheese around here.Served with vinegar and fresh saltines. :)Hard to find but DADGUM it's YUMMEE!

I would say stock up & freeze it, but freezing it tends to ruin its texture, kind of gets flaky & doesn't cut very well for thin slicing. Pat, some nicely fried scrapple, melted american cheese on a nice fresh hoagie roll, does it get any better. Damn I'm hungry nowhappy in the hut
