Smoked some wings sprinkled with Willingham's Wham Cajun hot rub. Sauced w/a fridge mixture. Fire got a little hot and they overcooked a bit, but it is hard to ruin wings. Then some sliders, ground sirloin mixed with DP Cowlick & pepper on Hawaiian rolls w/aged Gouda. Yummy!

My husband says I cover up my boo boo wings with hot sauce, but truth be known I do that on purpose!!!

Elizabeth, I like them overcooked too. This was the first time I sauced them, not sure if it added anything. I like the kick/tang of the rub.
