9 lbs......time and temp suggestions welcomed. Already got my rub......can't do an all nighter......and need it for 6:00PM tomorrow. Can get up as early as I need to get'er goin'. Any input welcome.....I have not had much success with beef briskets in the past. I'm all ears............thumbs, too!!
