Gonna make some Pit Beef today. Have looked at many recipes and all state to cook for 30 minutes on "hot grill". Anybody out there with the correct cooking temp? Looking forward to a great meal and some football later on!

ive always cooked pit beef at 400, deli beef below 300, either cut raised grill directfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
