First filets

Turned out great but took a little longer than expected. 4 minute sear 10 minute roast to mediumish.

    They look great. I would rather them take a little longer then go too quick and end up over cooked ;).


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
