London Broil & Crawdad Pasta

Wanted to cook something different for dinner tonite. My local Walmart had frozen crawdad tails in the freezer section and I told my oldest daughter they would be good in a cajun cream sauce with linguine. She agreed and made it. :) I took a london broil out of the freezer and egged it with a little salt & pepper. The family really enjoys london broils, flank steaks, etc, but again, I wanted something different. I made a gorganzola cream sauce to top the london broil. It was a very creamy Sunday dinner! The london broil was really good with the gorganzola cream sauce, and so was the pasta. I'll be making both again. Heres a few pics:

It was a nice sunny day, even though it was cold, so I also cooked up a pork loin on the egg for this week.
