This was the only photo I got guys and gals. I took this roast back to the store and asked them to cut it in 1/2. This is the 1/2 I cooked and it was still way :ohmy: to much for the two of us. I removed it at 120, much to my wife's disapproval but I also figured when the left overs were warmed up, it would be more to her liking without being Well Done.
The other 1/2 is in the freezer waiting till next time.
