Nice pics. That is a nice little stable of eggs you got there! Tell me again why you needed another small?? .
Brisket looks great. Congrats on the Falcons tickets. I guess you were among those that got them in the first 10 minutes before they sold out.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
We weren't lucky. She bought the tickets off stubhub (ouch). I bought the medium egg for my parents for retirement but I will have it until they pass through on their way up North. The small I ordered is to replace the one in the pic because it is the older color and doesn't match the others. It is so old it came with a ceramic grate in the fire box instead of cast iron.

Well it looks like you all had a great Christmas. You will enjoy your spider so, now you need the small ci grid or get a medium ci grid and grind it off all the way around (It's a lot of grinding but, I did it and it works great.) until it fits loose in the spider. Tim

Awesome!! Go Falcons - I'm ready for the game.
I needed that tarp at my house in Marietta. I was cooking a 12lb rib roast in the snow and was making things interesting.
