I knew this thread title would get some clicks. LOL! Sorry, it's not a statement with picture proof, it's more of a question.
I am doing some turkey breasts for Christmas and I'm actually considering doing a few for gifts too, but need help.
I have searched the site and the recipe forum, but there are just too many threads and choices. SO, I was hoping someone of you would just give me your favorite recipe/method, or a link to one, that will KNOCK MY FAMILY'S socks off.
One more note: My mother told me today that my father is getting a turkey breast from a very, very good restaurant in town, and I said "well, I guess we will just see who's is better then". LOL. In other words, the pressure is ON!!
Thanks in advance for any help!!

I did a bone in raw Turkey breast for Thanksgiving...pasted with butter, then seasoned with Tsunami Spin...cooked to an internal 165..indirect w/drip pan underneath. Came out great and could use the drippings for gravy.

Jerry, what temp did you use? 300-350 seems to be what I'm seeing mostly.
