    I am having a tough time getting it fork tender. Used a round roast. May have to slice. I am sure it will be good. The broth tastes good.

    I just put all the broth things together, poured over meat and on the large. I used a bottom round rump roast. I gotta say, I don't by beef and when I saw the price per pound this morning, it blew me away! $4.99 per/lb. Found one discounted...whew!
    Try bumpinng your temp up and keep on braising it.
