I am thinking of trying a bacon explosion an suggestion on time/temp. I know with all of your guidance it will turn out great. Thanks in advance for you advice

I have been wanting to try one Good Luck.Let us know how it turns out.I think I would try 350 Dome,indirect til it hits 165 Internal Temp.
