    Mark Backer, if it is the same fowl pictured with a bud in it's right wing "hand" below, I would give it a 24 hour soak in cheap vodka...He....on second thought, maybe 12 hours in Julie Appledog's special brine....Have a great Thanksgiving !!! Lotsa laughs on your family posts !!
