Made spatchcocked chicken and crashed potatoes for dinner before settling in to watch the Dolphins beat the Jets!! Dinner was done right as the wife drove up for her day at work. Spatchcocked isher favorite.

Al that looks good.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -

Mickey, lately I have been using BBBR with sugar in the raw. Started using it on wings from a thread here on the forum. People said they were the best wings they ever had. So started using it on whole chicken, Wife loves it. Used a small chunk of apple tonight. -
