Labor Day plans

So what are you cooking on Labor Day weekend?

I was asked to do pulled pork and smoked bologna. The great thing is my neighbors are buying the meat if I cook it! Also everyone who is going to eat has to bring their favorite beer and side. They said they would keep me full of beer and sides if I cooked the meet. Oh and I will make Strawberry basil ice cream.

This is a win win for me!!!!
