I saw Jason Faulkner's(TREX) father last night and he told me Jason got married last Saturday and is in Maine on his honeymoon.I know a lot of you have met him and cooked a TREX steak.Jason is the one on the left.

    That is great news. Jason cooked under our easy up at last years Eggtoberfest. He cooked Gingersnaps. OMG :woohoo: they were one of the best things IMO at Eggtoberfest. The recipe is in the Eggtoberfest 2009 cookbook. I have made them once since Eggtoberfest and they really are great.... :)
