Walmarts in my area changing lump?

Went to my local Wal mart last night only to find out they're outta Royal Oak.

I asked and they said they doubt they'll get more this summer.

Called around to 6 other walmarts in the area and was told by 2 of them that they're replacing it with 'Hickory Brand'.

Tried to find this on the Naked Whiz's site (and here) but could not find 'Hickory brand'. I remember a recent post on here about how they will be quick to 'move' things to other stores that have more demand...but this sounds like product change/season thing for me here in PA.

Anyone have a clue on the Hickory stuff?

If you have a Gordons Food Service near you they carry their own brand made for them by Royal Oak and packaged in their own bags. 20 lbs for $13 and change.

Restaurant Depot carries Royal Oak all year, and it's a lot less expensive than buying it at Walmart.
I stocked up on it before I found out it was available year round. Not to worry, it will be used.

Even though RD carries RO, it varies on where it's made. Sometimes USA, sometimes Argentina. Do not get the Argentina RO. Call and verify first.
