And here I thought I was the only one! Good to know there are at least three of us.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Looks good Tony.I just got back from Nashville a little bit ago. We went up to my wifes uncles house today to do some cooking. He just got a Primo and wanted some tips. He told me last week that he wanted to cook several different things. I took my medium with me and we cooked 2 five pound standing rib roast, 2 pork tenderloins, 3 dozen Blues Hog wings, 2 dozen ABT's, and a whole pineapple. I'm about ready to pass out and I still smell like a smoke pit!

Not bad , not bad. It just seems a little thinner to me. More light weight than my eggs. It cooked well though. I put the rib roast on my medium because I knew it would take most of the evening. We cooked all the other stuff on the Primo. His neighbor was over as well. He had bought a Primo at the same time. We kinda had a Primo connection there for a few months. I could have got the big oval and stainless table set up for 600. He called me about them and I told him it was a pretty sweet deal.

We're here in PA...just finished a feast with the wife. She works in the F&B biz..and we normally eat late...but not quite this extreme.

Explains the extra cushion in my mid section. :)

OK...there are at least four!! I only eat earlier to try to keep the hubby happy!! Unfortunately it doesn't always work...he is a super early bird. If we are supposed to be asleep at 8, why is it that the good shows start then, and the news is over at 11:30??? :silly:
(I really should live in Europe...I would be 'normal' there.... )

not as glamorous as most plating pictures or near the photography but here is the lackluster steak pulled at 125 and rested for 10 minutes .. kinda medium plus in my book but still awesome
