Cheese, Cukes and Guard Hounds (Pic Heavy)

Smoked up some cheese the "easy way" as described on the The Naked Whiz site, http://www.nakedwhiz.com/coldsmokingcone/coldsmokingcone.htm

One piece each of Mozzarella, Farmers, Cheddar and Provolone. All came out very tasty, I used the apple wood cones: DSC01119.jpg

This was guarded by two of our beagles lest any vermin get ideas, Gordon at attention and Ashleigh at close quarters: DSC01123.jpgDSC01114.jpg

We've had trouble in the past with squirrels, until they found that trees are no refuge from Ashleigh: DSC01096.jpg

Lastly, I'm having a rather good year with cucumbers. Couple Sweet Slices on the left, a Raider on the right: DSC01136.jpg
