I normally do the 3-1-1 method, but like the candied "CWM" method, especially since I can get Blues Hog which is great sauce for ribs.

Never met Mike, but we traded posts, especially since I was a KU grad and he was a KSU grad. Great guy, but more geniune than anything, just a fun dude.
