Nice lookin chick. I did a simple chicken cook a couple of days ago. Took an 8lb roaster and rubbed it with Dizzy Dust. Then roasted it indirect at 250 with some cherry smoke. It took about 5 hours to get the thighs to 180. It was fantastic...and so simple.
