ive never seen a good cookbook of fish, i have several but tend to find recipes elsewhere. when searching on the web, google thai, and portuguese with the search, lots of good fish recipes made in those countries, with the portuguese im partial to ones from the azores, much spicier. quick and easy thai is a book with a few very good ones, tuna steaks with dipping sauces, shrimp in curry sauces etc but its not a fish cookbook per say, only a few recipes i like. if you like cioppinos, calderada de piexe is the equivalent with a different spice background, heat, nutmeg, allspice etc.

    Hey Rodney,
    I hope all is well.

I cooked 6 or 7 fish recipes out of the new BGE Cookbook for "Fishing The Flats" TV segments and they were all excellent. A nice mix of unique and interesting recipes. We subbed different species and the recipes still worked well.
