biscuit pizzas

B) made biscuit pizzas on BGE last night. plate setter feet down, grid on top of that and 3 copper ells as a spacer b4 the pizza stone. the temp was around 400 and they did really well. wasnt overly impressed by the biscuits as the crust but i didnt burn the hell out of them either.

just some simple pepperoni zas....but i liked em

    Pillsbury has started selling rolled up refrigerated dough sheets. Its not pizza dough, but is fairly thin, and strips of it works well to both fold things around (bacon), or to fold around other things. Its worth having some on hand for convenience, and would probably make a decent flatbread.
