Max, I was looking for some inspiration to cook today. Then I remembered your rolled flank steak. I have a few questions.
1. Which way do you butterfly?
2. Raised grid or low
3. Direct or indirect[p]I am really looking forward to this one. I love stuffed meat; one of the best was Chef Will’s stuffed brisket. That one is a bit involved for everyday, so giving the flank a shot.[p]Wino
