Brisket and Ribs was actually better than I've had before

Haven't posted in a while...Nature Boy I owe you a beer for some previous advisce.[p]Did a brisket today where I set up heavy smoke at 225 for 3 hours with some ribs on a rack above the brisket.[p]Wrapped both the ribs and brisket in foil for 1/2 hour.[p]Unwrapped the ribs and kept going for 2 hours at 290. Took the ribs off and served them to guests for dinner.[p]Kept the brisket wrapped (3 hours in foil).[p]14lb brisket reached temp at 7.5 hours.[p]Threw teh brisket on the Weber Gas Grill to Carmelize both sides (about 2 minutes a side on high)[p]Really, really, really, really, really good...
