Memorial Day Ribs

These were served with Memphis baked beans, tri colored pasta salad, and corn on the cob. A coating of mustard was put on the ribs then a mixture of two rubs combined was liberally applied. The last hour of the cook they were sauced with Carnivore's sweet bbq sauce (good stuff).

    Looks 'right' to me Tom, but than again, if you read my post, I'm not eggactly the gold standard for BBQing ribs.

    The ribs turn out great every time, I did the 4-1-1 method.
    When I typed "Hope I did this right" I was referring to posting the pictures properly. Sorry for misleading people.

    I used the 3-1-1 method. also used some apple cider vinegar and honey on them. My son had a buddy over and asked if he could come back some time for ribs again.
