1st cook - new Egger - old Egg

Trial run with italian sausage for the first cook, and got lucky. Had planned to do meatloaf, but was busy picking up a free Egg nest, so...
Went a little past the 160-165 target but they were plenty good with homemade sauce and sauteed green pepper and onion. Even got a couple for lunch tomorrow. :P
Setting the vents was a bit of a guessing game without a manual other than reading around on here, but all those years messing with the WSM must have helped a little bit. Hit 350 and strayed to 400 at the end, but they were fine. Lots more RO left than I'm used to seeing though...
