Pork Blade Steak and a lil'

I suppose since there were only two of us, I put off a long lo and slo and opted for a couple of pork blade steaks with Bad Byron and kosher salt. Served up some mango salsa and fresh corn on the cob. Sometimes its the simple things that taste so good. Salsa really set off the pork.
