Just tried the 1 hr ribs. Hot tubed for 30 min. Cooked indirect at 400. Sauced with Blues Hog after 30 min. Then sauced every 10 min. They were ok. The Blues Hog was great. Would I do it this way again? No. I think I will stick to low and slow for ribs.
